Homemade Pineapple Jam

Do you like spreading fruit jam over your toast? I wasn't quite a fan of fruit jam, mainly because I didn't like the jelly-like texture of the jam sold outside.

Then one day, my mom made this homemade pineapple jam. After you have tried homemade pineapple jam, you will never wanted to buy any ready made pineapple jam from the shelves anymore!

So here I am, sharing the proven and tested pineapple jam recipe. I can still smell the lingering aroma of the pineapple in the air while writing this. It is so fragrant, and you don't need any artificial flavoring to achieve that. Don't believe me? Tried it yourselves.

The color of the pineapple turned more vibrant after being cooked, without any coloring added.

And what's more, it is so simple to make, it only take 3 ingredients.



Ingredients:
Pineapple - 1 medium size
Brown sugar -1 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon

Method:
Remove the skin of pineapple and cut pineapple into cubes. Blend the pineapple until smooth.

Cook the pineapple over low heat in a pot, add sugar and lemon juice.

Stir consistently and cook until the puree thicken.

Let it cool down before storing in a jar.
